Mr Teng was the CEO of Singapore Business Federation and Ambassador of Singapore to Sultanate of Oman. He brings over 40 years of senior management experience across 12 countries in Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, with deep expertise spanning FMCG, commodities, agri-food, energy solutions, ICT, and infrastructure sectors. His extensive leadership roles in multinational companies, coupled with active involvement in agrotech and diverse advisory positions, uniquely position him to provide strategic guidance that drives Link Capital’s growth and global expansion. A graduate of Waseda University in Japan and recipient of Singapore’s Public Service Star, his broad international experience, multilingual capabilities, and strong network across public and private sectors add invaluable insights and credibility to Link Capital’s ambitions.

Mr. Chong, brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience across fintech, banking, capital markets, hospitality, and real estate. With a proven track record in corporate strategy, governance, risk management, and digital asset exchange operations, including leadership roles at UBS, JP Morgan, and regulated crypto exchanges in Singapore, he offers deep expertise in driving business growth and regulatory compliance. His extensive international experience across Asia, Europe, and the US, combined with strong professional qualifications allows him to provide Link Capital with critical insights and strategic guidance on digital marketplace and capital market.

Dr. Brian Shegar, brings four decades of distinguished leadership in international banking across Southeast Asia, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, having served as CEO of Midland Bank, NedBank, and Emirates NBD. As Founder and CEO of ME Asia Consultancy and President of the UAE Singapore Business Council, he offers unparalleled expertise in finance, cross-border business development, and strategic partnerships. His advanced academic credentials, including a Doctorate in Business Administration, and roles on global advisory boards position him to provide Link Capital with high-level strategic guidance and invaluable networks to accelerate its growth in the oud industry and global markets.

Dr. Yek brings more than 40 years of distinguished experience and including more than 25 years in senior management roles at Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education (ITE). Holding a Doctor of Education from Edith Cowan University, Australia, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and a First-Class Honours BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology, his crucial and deep technical expertise as well as close industry and community ties enables him to provide Link Capital with valuable guidance in the overall oud manufacturing process excellence.

Gideon Lam, brings extensive leadership experience as CEO of Shalom International Movers, Singapore’s leading logistics company with over four decades of industry expertise. His proven ability to diversify and innovate across complex logistics services, coupled with his strong advocacy for workforce development and skills transformation, equips Link Capital with invaluable insights on operational excellence and talent cultivation. Gideon’s deep community engagement and commitment to social responsibility further enhance Link Capital’s corporate values, supporting sustainable growth and a positive societal impact as the company expands in the oud and oud related industry.

Mr. Fahmi has held various positions, including Member of Parliament, Mayor of South East District, SAF veteran, Deputy Chief of MUIS and was previously the Director of the Operations and Mobilisation Division Secretariat at NTUC. He has a strong background in public leadership, community engagement, and employment advocacy, with deep expertise in strategic planning, talent development, and grassroots outreach. His extensive experience and networks, particularly within Southeast Asia’s Malay-Muslim communities, position him well to support Link Capital’s growth and regional alignment. He holds an Engineering degree from the University of Liverpool and a postgraduate diploma from the National University of Singapore.
