Denny is the Founder and CEO of Link Capital Pte Ltd, an oud manufacturing and wholesale company. With over 20 years of experience across banking, finance, and entrepreneurship, he has held leadership roles at UOB, Singapore Exchange, and Brunel International. His ventures include founding Blue Magnolia, a premium pastry house, and Notion 4.5, a design consultancy. Combining strategic vision with a strong sense of social purpose, Denny established Link Capital in collaboration with governments in Laos and Singapore to sustainably grow the oud industry. He also mentors young entrepreneurs through the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE).

Jimmy, brings over 20 years of experience in the finance and real estate industries. Leveraging his expertise in financial concepts and integrated asset management, and his proven track record serving high-net-worth clients, he excels at building strong investor relationships and identifying new market opportunities. A Business and Marketing graduate from La Trobe University, Jimmy’s strong communication skills, effective leadership, and problem-solving abilities are key drivers in expanding Link Capital’s global footprint.
Director of Operations
Darrel brings over 20 years of expertise in project operations and management within the building construction and property management sectors. A graduate of the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Business double majoring in Property and Marketing, he holds a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. His extensive experience in helping SMEs optimize daily operations for maximum efficiency aligns perfectly with his role in driving Link Capital’s operational excellence.

Mr Teng was the CEO of Singapore Business Federation and Ambassador of Singapore to Sultanate of Oman. He brings over 40 years of senior management experience across 12 countries in Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, with deep expertise spanning FMCG, commodities, agri-food, energy solutions, ICT, and infrastructure sectors. His extensive leadership roles in multinational companies, coupled with active involvement in agrotech and diverse advisory positions, uniquely position him to provide strategic guidance that drives Link Capital’s growth and global expansion. A graduate of Waseda University in Japan and recipient of Singapore’s Public Service Star, his broad international experience, multilingual capabilities, and strong network across public and private sectors add invaluable insights and credibility to Link Capital’s ambitions.

Holding a Doctor of Education from Edith Cowan University, Australia, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and a First-Class Honours BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology, his crucial and deep technical expertise as well as close industry and community ties enables him to provide Link Capital with valuable guidance in the overall oud manufacturing process excellence.
